After a decade of working in the kitchen both here in Los Angeles and abroad in Sydney, Australia, Chef Casey Felton started Banh Oui selling her version of the banh mi in local markets and grew the business to a Hollywood staple brick-and-mortar it is today.

James Beard semi-finalist Chef Casey knew the website needed a refresh to match the company’s growth and reflect their values of community, quality, and flavorful food made with heart.
